We all have our unique story to tell which I believe needs to be respected and valued without making assumptions about what we are feeling or what we need. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space where you feel genuinely heard and understood without judgement or fear of rejection, where you can express painful, difficult or 'unacceptable' feelings, thoughts and behaviours, maybe for the first time.
Many people find that talking about potentially overwhelming emotions from challenging life experiences can help to process and come to terms with them. It can be helpful to look at how significant relationships and events from our past can influence our current feelings and behaviour patterns, often without our realising it. Exploring these can help you to gain understanding, be empowering and help you to establish a new sense of self.
